These Terms of Sale govern the subscription packages offered by Veltech, including website design, hosting, maintenance, support and management, as well as associated digital marketing services. They define the rights and obligations of Veltech and its customers in the context of these subscriptions.
Veltech offers monthly subscriptions with a commitment of 6, 12 or 24 months, covering:
- Provision of the website.
- Hosting.
- Maintenance, updates and support.
The customer undertakes to respect the agreed subscription period. In the event of early termination, the remaining monthly instalments are immediately due and payable.
The website created by Veltech remains the exclusive property of Veltech for the duration of the subscription, including the initial commitment period. The customer may not claim ownership, access the source files, or transfer the hosting of the site, except with the prior written consent of Veltech.
At the end of the commitment period, access to the site remains conditional on continued monthly payment. In the event of an interruption in payments, Veltech reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the site, without definitive withdrawal, until all amounts due have been paid.
No automatic transfer of the website is foreseen at the end of the commitment period.
Veltech remains the sole decision-maker regarding any eventual transfer of ownership of the site to the customer. If a transfer is envisaged, it will be the subject of a separate written agreement, including specific financial, technical and legal conditions (access to files, rights of use, transfer of hosting, etc.).
Prior to the start of the subscription, a set-up fee may be charged.
This fee is a one-off initial payment, separate from the monthly subscription, covering part of the design and implementation of the web environment.
This fee is non-refundable in the event of early cancellation or termination of the subscription.
Payment for services is made in the form of a recurring monthly subscription, by direct debit via the Stripe platform.
The amount and duration of the initial minimum commitment are specified in the sales proposal.
This subscription is not a payment in instalments, but a monthly billing linked to an ongoing service. An invoice is issued for each monthly payment. No full payment schedule will be provided, as payments will be recurrent and regular until the contract is terminated.
Veltech reserves the right to suspend access to the site in the event of late payment of more than 15 days. In the event of prolonged delay, collection proceedings may be initiated.
Veltech undertakes to provide the agreed services in accordance with the terms defined in the quotation and these Terms of Sale. However, Veltech cannot be held responsible for service interruptions resulting from technical problems caused by hosting providers or any case of force majeure.
The customer undertakes to provide the content required for the project (texts, images, videos) and guarantees that it does not infringe any third-party rights. The customer also acknowledges that he/she is obliged to pay all sums due in accordance with his/her contractual commitment. Total or partial non-payment of the agreed sums may result in suspension of services until the situation has been rectified.
Veltech reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale. Any modification will be communicated to the customer prior to its application.
Any customer subscribing to Veltech's services after the date indicated at the top of this page is deemed to have read the Terms of Sale in force at that date and to be fully bound by them. It is the customer's responsibility to refer to the Terms of Sale regularly to ensure that he/she accepts any subsequent modifications.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of Veltech's registered office.
By taking out a subscription with Veltech via Stripe, the customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepts them fully and without reservation.
